What we collect

When you contact us or order, we process names, contact details, messages and attachments, plus order and invoicing data. We get the details from you or your company. Without them we cannot respond or deliver. Basis: contract and accounting law. The site logs technical data such as IP addresses for security and spam protection (legitimate interest). Site search terms are stored; we do not link them to you.

Cookies

We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. Google may receive cookieless technical data, such as your IP address and the page visited, for aggregate Google Ads measurement (legitimate interest, Google Consent Mode).

Where the data goes

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Processing on our behalf: Brevo (email), Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection) and Google (cookieless ad measurement, fonts, the contact page map). The transport company gets the name and delivery address. Google and Cloudflare may transfer data to the United States under EU-approved safeguards (Data Privacy Framework).

Retention

We keep data as long as the customer relationship requires. Accounting records at least six years (Finnish Accounting Act).

Your rights

You can request your data (also machine-readable), have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict processing: [email protected]. Complaints go to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi/en). We do not profile you or make automated decisions.
